If a story ran has errors, I will make every possible effort necessary to correct it with proper information. The type of correction will depend on the severity of the error, and the medium in which it appeared.
Written
- Tier 1: Human errors, which includes mistyped or mismatched specs, or other mistakes like “16GB of storage, 256GB of RAM” when it should be the reverse, for example, but that otherwise do not affect the story. As such, the story’s body will be updated, and included will be the timestamp of the update along with what changed.
- Tier 2: Severe, completely breaking issues that make the story invalid. The story will be retracted at this point; and I’ll make a call on whether to rewrite or just permanently pull it down. No matter what call I make, a sincere apology will be made and internal processes will be reviewed and revised as necessary.

I’ll try to catch this in post-production and re-record the offending portion. Otherwise, on-screen text with an audible chime will be used to alert viewers, along with information in the description of the video. In some cases, I may outright remove that section if it does not affect the conclusion.
